Rasoi is famous for carryout/delivery, this place does not have a seated dinning area. We have ordered multiple times from them in the past. Today we ordered veg dum biryani, Chicken dum biryani, veg momoes and paneer/chicken 65 for group of 8 person. Visited again after long time and there Samosa were delicious, ordered Soya chap and Boondi laddoo. Food quantity was good enough and quality and test was also good. Everyone enjoyed the food. It was little spicy but was good for our group who likes spicy. If anyone don't prefer spicy you can request teh same before placing order. Overall we loved the food and staff was friendly.
Packaging-wise, it was too good. I ordered Goat Paya, and they packed it in a way that it didn't leak. Packaging cleanliness 10 on 10.
We had Pooja last weekend and we order food for around 50 people. We had catering from Rasoi, and food was outstanding!! The menu was Paneer butter masala, Amritsari choley, daal fry, dahi vada, veg. Manchurian, naan & biriyani. Dahi wade and Paneer butter masala were limelight!! But other food was also awesome... naans were so soft after 2 hours too. People praised the food lot!! The taste was so authentic. We have tried many restaurants from Katy area, but this one is so unique. It has authentic North Indian taste which we get in US hardly. I strongly recommend catering and take out from Rasoi. It’s our all time favorite restaurant:)
The food was absolutely delicious and reminded me of home! So good that I called ‘em the next day to compliment!! We tried some of their veg options and can’t wait to go back and try their non-veg and breakfast menu (also the desi pizzas & pastas). Surprisingly, the veg puff (including ratio of filling to pastry), paneer pakora and dhokla were spot on! Paneer tikka, Kadhi pakora and Dal makhani with pillowy naan just nailed it! And the Chunky Mango Lassi..... OMG!!
We ordered pizza recently and it was excellent!! We ordered the tandoori chicken pizza and paneer tikka pizza and they had generous topping, great flavors, they were fresh and the pizzas themselves were of great quality. They even had a cilantro garnish. You can tell they make them with great care. It was highly satisfying. Check it out!! Highly recommend!!
We ordered Lucknowi Veg Dum Biryani and Tandoori Malai Paneer for a small gathering and food was really awesome. It has undoubtedly the best Punjabi food in town. You will surely get a feel of authentic North Indian food.
